you desire.
Your preferred URL (example:
www.caves.org/grotto/xyz).
Your preferred @caves.org email address and the email address
it should forward to.
The name and mailing address of the person in your IO that should
receive the web hosting invoice. |
| Your note will be
forwarded to Stephanie at the NSS Office for approval. Your note
will also be forwarded to an NSS IT Committee team member for
account setup. |
| You will receive a
note from Stephanie that your information was received and complete. |
| You will receive a
note from the NSS IT Committee with your actual URL and FTP info
for your web hosting account. |
| You are responsible
for keeping your web space usage at or below the amount you are
paying for. Your IO is responsible for making the annual web hosting
payment whether or not you receive an invoice. |
