One time setup
*A forward (redirect) e-mail address will forward any mail sent from your @caves.org address to the e-mail address you specify. Example: joecaver@caves.org will forward all mail to ajjohnson@aol.com.  A POP3 e-mail address is an actual mailbox that allows you to send and receive email from that address. However, you need an internet connection and software such as Outlook Express, or you can use our Web-based e-mail client. You may switch between redirect, WebMail, andPOP3 at any time.
**A subdomain is another way to reference your existing web hosting account. For example www.mygrotto.caves.org will point to www.caves.org/grotto/mygrotto.
+ Server usage is monitored daily. Account usage that exceeds the amount requested for more than 7 days will be billed the additional amount for the current year. Subsequent years will be billed in the anniversary month at prevailing rates for the space in use.

**Banner ads must be no larger than 225 pixels wide by 85 pixels tall at 72 dpi; animated gifs are acceptable. Ads will be placed in the rotation at the bottom of the site index page, along with a text link, and on the Sponsors page (accessed by clicking the rotating banners) with a graphic link. Send graphic and link to webmaster@caves.org. Banners will be posted upon payment to the NSS Office (contact <manager@caves.org> or call 256-852-1300). Payment may be made by check or credit card. Subsequent years will be billed in the anniversary month.

Billing for all web accounts is done by the NSS Office.
