The Society is empowered to accept any equipment offered to
the Society as a gift. The Secretary-Treasuerer is empowered to
accept same in the name of the Society.
| 58-562 | NSS Equipment Committee | 3-18-95 |
An NSS Equipment Committee is established in the department of
the Secretary-Treasurer to compile and maintain information on
personal property owned by the NSS. Within the broad policies
established by the Board of Governors and the
Secretary-Treasurer, the Equipment committee shall establish
control and disposal procedures for NSS personal property.
