ACT SECTION 07 — ENDORSEMENT OF PUBLICATIONS

Copies of any book, report, or statement for which NSS endorsement or approval is sought must be supplied to every member of the Board at least thirty days prior to the meeting at which the endorsement or approval is to be considered. The Baord reserves the right to subject such aticle to an independant review process of its choosing to consider such matters as overall merit, technical correctness, and conformance with the Society's policies prior to the granting of endorsement.

The NSS shall not sponsor or authorize any publication that would be distributed in commercial stores to the general public whose primary intent is to expose and glamorize caving to the non-caving public.

The NSS opposes, in general, specific wild cave locations in publications intended for the general public except where such publication better serves the interests of the Society.
