Only members who are current in dues and eligible to vote will
receive ballots. New members admitted to the Society after the
ballots are mailed will not receive ballots.

The Nominating Committee shall conduct NSS Elections in
accordance with the Policy for Conduct of NSS Elections (See Appendix X).
