This section includes policies established by the Executive Committee and the individual officers for the operation of their departments. They do not carry the weight of Board approval and are subject to amendment by Board action. They are included to insure minimum misunderstanding and maximum continuity in the year to year operation of the Society.

Directors

This section includes policies and procedures established by the Directors for their functions as individual Directors and for the Directorate as a whole. It is assembled here to clarify these functions and insure minimum misunderstanding by present, future, and potential Directors and by other concerned members. It is based on existing Acts and By-laws and in no way changes them.
