Acts Index Manual Contents1. Grants will be given in amounts of up to $250.00
2. Grants will be given from the income to the principal. The principal is the be invested by the NSS or the NSF in the same manner that other perpetual funds are invested.
3. Up to six grants per year may be given, selected from requests that have been received. No group may receive more than one grant in one calendar year. Applications will be considered for one year. Groups may reapply after that period of time.
4. All grants will be announced at the convention.
5. Recipients are asked to send a brief report of how the money was used within six months of receipt. These reports will be used by the U.S. Exploration Committee to report annually in the NSS News.
6. The fund will be publicized with letters to each internal organization, an NSS News article, and information available at the convention.
7. The total grants given during the year shall not exceed the income from the fund in the previous year.
8. Any funds not awarded during the NSS fiscal year will revert back to the principal of the NSF Sara Corrie Fund.
