Policy for NCRC Seminar Evaluation

February 16, 2005

The NCRC Training Coordinator is authorized to assign evaluators to seminars, and to instructional levels within seminars. Evaluators will interface with the event's lead instructor, provide constructive feedback and mentoring to instructors, and help the NCRC ensure its curricula are being properly implemented and that the seminar is well organized.

The NCRC will employ a specific evaluation process and forms to ensure evaluations are consistent across programs.

A Seminar Evaluator is required to contact the Training Coordinator, or his/her designee, to determine a course of action if a seminar is not following NCRC curriculum.

[Note that seminars failing to adhere to NCRC policies and curricula may lose their NCRC recognition.]

This policy is in accordance with actions of the NCRC Board of Regional Coordinators, February 12, 2005.
