Hat Campground.
Directions : from Bend, 29.6 miles south on
U.S. 97, then turn left on FS Rd. 22, for 26.4 miles east on FS Rd. 22 (aka Finley Butte Rd.,
will be on left half way through LaPine about a block before 6th
if you get through town you've gone too far), and then 5.9 miles
north on Rd. 18. The last ~ 8 miles are gravel. There is another way that is slightly shorter, but is more gravel road and more route finding. Contact grotto for directions.
