Nutty Putty Cave, located in western Utah County. You can drive to the entrance of this cave, which has no vertical work on entry. There is a lot of crawling and some climbing inside, and there is one spot where a handline comes in handy. There are tight passages and the temperature is warm. The cave can be completed in under 4 hours. The cave is not decorated, though it is fun to crawl around in. (Bring your knee pads). Things to be aware of: There is sometimes standing water in the entrance passage, which is a crawl, so you'll get wet. Visitors have gotten stuck in the aorta crawl, so be careful. UPDATE: Nutty Putty has been the focus of several cave rescues in the past, and has been heavily abused over the years. The cave will be gated May 2006. There is a management plan in place, and a permit will be now required to access the cave. Nutty Putty Access
