3rd timp cleanup

Location: timpanogos cave natl monument Trip Leader: John Andy Armstrong On Trip: jeremy Westerman, Jason Knight the last scheduled cave cleanup was fun we entered the lower chambers and documented and removed historical remains from the 1920's-50's time period when the original tours of timp travelled through the lower passage, into the aortic bypass, past the great heart of timp and back out the current tour level. After photographing the remains they were bagged and tagged. Most was remnants of old trail and lighting systems including wood, metal, and rubber and metal wire conduits. Also found were a button, comb, lightbulb, paper with writing still legible, cardboard filmbox, and shoe sole. Thanx Andy for a fun seldom seen trip through off limits access areas in timp!
