Neffs Cave

On Trip: Peter Hartley, Duane McCully This was the last in a series of after-work fitness trips to Neffs. I filed separate, private reports for all of these so I could keep track of them. We went partway down on 6/14 and 6/21. On the 6/21 trip I ran into the guy who picked up my GPS receiver back in November. I got it back from him a few days later. It still looks good but it can't see satellites anymore. We went to the bottom on 6/28 which took 2 hours and 15 minutes round trip. On this day, it was another routine trip even though my muscles weren't cooperating on the hike. Total time to the bottom and back was 1 hour and 45 minutes. This is a full hour faster than the trip back in November. I guess training really can pay off.
