On March 26, 2009 at 2PM, USFWS requested a voluntary caving moratorium for all states affected by WNS and the adjoining states. The states included in the caving moratorium are CT, DE, KY, ME, MD, MA, NH, NJ, NY, NC, OH, PA, RI, TN, VT, VA and WV.
