Thursday May 31

 12:00 pm              — Registration Opens (Through Saturday 6 pm)
  2:00 pm              — Hot Tub/Steam Room Open (through Sunday am) (Textiles Rqd. 9 am to 9 pm)
  6:00 pm to 1:00 am   — Open Jam Session “Hootenany” – Wigwam Building
  8:00 pm to 11:59pm   — Concession Stand Open
  8:30 pm              — Cave Movie:  “The Cave”; 97 min. run time – Kiosk (w/ 10 min. intermission)
 10:30 pm              — Cave Movie:  “The Descent”; 99 min. run time – Kiosk (w/ 10 min. intermission)

Friday June 1

  1:00 pm to 11:59 pm  —  Concession Stand Open
  3:00 pm to  5:00 pm  —  Climbing Wall & Zip Line Open
  6:00 pm to  7:00 pm  —  Dinner at Dinning Hall
  7:00 pm to  8:00 pm  —  Giant Sling Shot Open (west side pavilion)
  8:00 pm              —  Live Music:  Van Cain’s “Tempest Rising”  –  Wigwam Building
  8:00 pm              —  Presentation:  Chris Clark, ACCA Presentation  –  Kiosk
  8:30 pm              —  Presentation:  Mike Crocket, CRF Cumberland Gap Survey – Kiosk
  9:00 pm              —  Documentary Film “Caves:  Life Beneath the Forest”; presented by the
                          Hoosier National Forest  –  Kiosk
 10:00 pm              —  Live Music:  “Tonic for Dogma”(Knoxville)  –  Wigwam Building
  1:00 am              —  Live Music Ends

Saturday June 2

  8:00 am to  9:00 am  —  Breakfast at Dining Hall
  9:15 am              —  Meet at Registration for SERA Karst Task Force Cleanup; 09:30 am departure
 10:00 am to  2:00 pm  —  Vertical Contest  –  Climbing Tower
 11:00 am to 11:59 pm  —  Concession Stand Open
  1:00 pm to  5:00 pm  —  Giant Sling Shot Open
  1:00 pm to  5:00 pm  —  Climbing Wall & Zip Line Open
  3:00 pm to  5:00 pm  —  Canoe Race  –  Main Dock Area
  6:00 pm              —  Registration Closes
  6:00 pm to  7:00 pm  —  Dinner at Dinning Hall
  7:00 pm to  8:00 pm  —  Door Prizes on Soccer Field (or pavilion if rain); must be present to win
  8:00 pm              —  Free Beer Available  –  Wigwam Building (rain or shine)
  9:00 pm to  1:00 am  —  Caving Slide Shows  –  Kiosk
  9:00 pm to  1:00 am  —  Live Music:  Al Ogden & “The Terminal Syphons”  –  Wigwam

Sunday June 3
