The Journal of Cave and Karst Studies is a multi-disciplinary, refereed journal published three times a year by the National Speleological Society.  Regular and Life Members of the National Speleological Society receive this publication as part of their membership costs.  Additionally the grotto receives a copy the publication for the library.  Before being titled The Journal of Cave and Karst Studies the journal / publication was titled the Bulletin of the National Speleological Society.  Currently the ESSO Grotto has copies of the publication for nearly the past 40 years.
