 This is a small but powerful book containing a summary of the main history points of Carter County, Kentucky.  This area is both rich in caves and karst areas that hold a long history surrounding them.  A must read for anyone interested in regional history.

I've owned this book since I started cycling 3 years ago and I've purchased it for friends who ride. It's a great book for anyone who rides rail trails. It gives locations, conditions, attractions in the area and much more useful information. Because this book is rail trails or bike/hike trails there is no elevation information needed as all trails are generally level with very slow grade of elevation, if any. It's not written for the hard core road cyclist but more for he leisurely cyclist who enjoys scenery. I've ridden several of the trails and this book was very helpful with finding them and nearby attractions.

* I chanced upon this book as a result of meeting with Dr. Bailey. It is the most informative and comprehensive book on health that I have had the opportunity to read. I happily recommend this book to friends all of the time and they recommend it to their friends.

* Dr.Baileys' book was uninformative and poorly written. I know Dr.Bailey quite well. He is surely not the right person to be writing on such topics. For one he isn't a psychologist, only a mere foot doctor. Secondly he can't even keep his own life together let alone advise you on yours.

* I don't normally read self help books, but when a friend gave this book to me, I gave it the benefit of the doubt. After reading the first chapter, "Attitude" I was engrossed. I have since read it 4 times and I get more out of it everytime. I keep this book on my nightstand and have given it to some of my friends, They all have loved it. This book can change your life for the better. It sure changed mine.
