Registration Information

This camp is limited to a certain number of participants.  You are more than welcome to come and participate whether this is your first time at the park of your 1,000th!  However we do encourage you to use good judgment regarding the following things pertaining to your decision to attend:

As mentioned prior bunkhouse space is limited and registration for bunk space is separate to registration for the camp.  Please be sure to register for both if you want both.

The registration form is not secure - but we do not keep your information on a online data base other than potentially your name, home state and grotto affiliation (if any).  All personal information will be kept offline to protect your privacy and confidentiality.  Naturally we will not sell your information unless we get a great deal on it!  Ha Ha just kidding!!

Once registered for the camp you required  to register as a park volunteer. Almost everyone affiliated with activities in a state park must register as a state volunteer to participate in all volunteer activities within the park. (The only ones exempt from this is - 2008 Crawlathon Staph who registered for that event, which will carry to this event also.) This is why it is important to complete the camp signup form with the full amount of information requested so that you can be contacted if needed prior to the camp.  If you prefer you can email the information needed directly to Jonathon F. Lewis @ jonlewis@zoomnet.net or you can mail the information directly to:

There is the potential that a special edition - fully custom designed t-shirt will be made for this event.  If you are interested in purchasing a t-shirt for the camp please sign up for one and you will be contacted regarding it once the decision has been made regarding if there is enough demand for production.

Pertaining to youth groups / scout groups / other groups of youth - please contact us directly regarding your interest in this project and camp prior to registration.  These situations will be handled on a case by case basis in regards to large group / youth participation.   There is much discussion of developing a special scout project for the groups involved to head up for special recognition.  Contact Jonathon for information.

If you have any other questions that have not been answered from the above information please contact me, Jonathon Lewis, directly at jonlewis@zoomnet.net to have your question answered.  If I do not know the answer I will make a good one up!  Or better yet find someone else who actually knows the answer!

If nothing else, please scroll down to find how to register!
