Announcement:
"A voluntary moratorium, effective immediately, on all caving activity
in states known to have hibernacula affected by WNS, and all adjoining
states, unless conducted as part of an agency-sanctioned research or
monitoring project." Also, all caves in the Monongahela National Forest
are closed until April 24th, 2010. Violaters could receive 6 months in jail and a
large fine if caught in these caves. Please stay away until the ban is lifted.
