Welcome (by Chair)
Officers Reports
- Chair – announce date and location of next meeting, NSS items
- Secretary – reads minutes of last meeting, request corrections,
accept minutes (motion to approve is not needed)
- Treasurer – reads account balance, significant transactions
- Vice Chair – mention significant activities, meeting programs
- Membership – mention member count, new members, pass around sign-in
sheet, ask members if they have any info on members who owe dues
- Webmaster – significant changes to website, email
- Safety – mention training activities
- Conservation – mention conservation activities
- Vertical – mention training activities
- Equipment – mention recent purchases, significant changes in CCG
equipment, anticipated needs
- Newsletter – mention next issue submission deadline

Do individual introductions going around room
Future trips and events in depth
Where, who is leading, where would you like to go, other activities?
Old and New Business
Such as purchases, event hosting, and items requiring a consensus

Announce Evenings presentation

Officers Checklist – items to bring to the meeting
Chair:
- Calendar
- List of members
- CCG items for sale (patches, UM CDs, etc)
Vice-chair:
- Print of CCG events list from website, plus info on other regional
events.
- Calendar
Treasurer:
- Financial report, not necessary to be exact, but showing balance
with all transactions that were posted to treasury, and mention significant
not yet posted transactions. This is not the bank balance (which is
to be kept reasonably close).
Secretary:
- Past minutes
- After meeting, provide photocopy of minutes to Chair and webmaster
Membership:
- Member list to pass around for meeting sign-in
- Membership form for new (and renewing members if they have not filled
out a form)
- List of members who owe dues (can be part of sign-in sheet).
- List of recently added, dropped members
- recently collected dues to
transfer to the treasurer
Equipment Manager:
- List of equipment, and where items are stored or who has it.
- Actual equipment that was requested or likely to be needed for upcoming
trips.
- Maintenance needs, if any
Newsletter:
- Copies of most recent issues.
