The 2010 Northeastern Caving Calendar

Thank you for your interest in the 2010 Northeastern Caving Calendar. The sale of these calendars supports the purchase by the Northeastern Cave Conservancy, of Merlin's Cave in NY.  Designed by Christopher Beauchamp, the calendar features photos by Christopher, Kevin Downey, John Dunham, Jansen Cardy, Joe Levinson, Mike Chu, Luke Mazza, and more. Included in the calendar are hundreds of interesting Northeastern Caving events, noted on the day it occurred, as researched by Chuck Porter. Calendars are $20 each. Money collected, after expenses, will be given to the NCC as a donation by the Central Connecticut Grotto. Expenses are estimated to be $8.50 per calendar. For those shipped, the cost to package and mail the calendar will be deducted from the portion going to the NCC (consider ordering more than one, as it saves on the per calendar shipping cost).

About the calendar

  • In the Fall of 2009, cavers got together and came up with the concept of a calendar showing photos and describing events of Northeastern Caving. The proceeds from the sale of the calendars will support the purchase, by the Northeastern Cave Conservancy, of Merlin's Cave.
  • This is a project by cavers and Grottos. All who provided content have done so without payment.
  • This calendar is designed by Christopher Beauchamp. Caving events have been researched and compiled by Chuck Porter, editor of The Northeastern Caver.
