Doane Cave

This cave is said to be one of the hideouts of the Doane Gang, notorious desperados that plagued the Bucks County area in the late 18th century. Doane Cave is one of several small shelter caves found in the area. Legend tells of another cave used as a hideout by the Doane Gang. To date no one has reported the rediscovery of this cave or the stolen loot that is purported to be stashed in its depths.
