Stash The Cash Program

The NSS Stash the Cash program is an easy way for members to contribute regularly or one time to the Society. At the interval you specify the NSS will charge your credit card (VISA, MC, Discover) for the amount you specify. Your contributions are directed to the the fund of your choice. NSS Fund Descriptions

Unrestricted - money for use in the current FY.
Endowment Fund - long term investment for the needs of the Society.
Save-the-Caves-Fund - supports cave conservation.
Cave Education Fund  - cave/karst education programs for primary/secondary students.
Cave Acquisition Fund - to buy or lease caves, and provide grants to cave conservancies.
International Exploration Fund - supports expeditions for cave exploration outside the US.
Sara Corrie Memorial Fund - invested to provide income for cave exploration in the US.
Headquarters Fund - supports capital expenses of the NSS headquarters facilities.
Ralph W. Stone Research Fund - provides income for research grants and awards.
Cave Rescue Training Fund  - provides scholarships for NCRC cave rescue training.
Guide to Responsible Caving Fund - supports publication of the free booklet.
NSS Library Fund - supports the purchase and preservation of library materials.
NSS Library/Museum Building Trust Fund - for the purchase of land and building(s).
Junior Speleological Society - supports youth activities at NSS Convention.
Bat Conservation and Research Fund - provides research and protection grants.
WNS Rapid Response Fund - provides grants to find the cause of this bat disease.

Your donations may be tax deductible. Please consult your tax advisor. The NSS is a tax-exempt corporation under the provisions of IRS 501 (c)(3). The NSS Office will mail you a confirmation of your donation.
