Updates to the caves of the New Jersey Cave ConservancyThe caves of the NJCC are open to members of the conservancy and qualified members of their grotto. Each cave has particular restrictions to it. Questions regarding the caves can be sent to the conservancy.
Leigh cave: Negotiations are still ongoing. In the meantime, the cave remains CLOSED.
Crooked Swamp: Is opened to approved trips. However, there are new procedures to follow to gain access to the cave. Email Tom Schroth or John Tudek or check with your NJCC representative.
