Enclose a check or money order for a one-time, non-refundable entry fee of $15. (payable to “NSS FAS” ) If you are signing up to help at FAS, the fee is dropped to $10. Check here to help

Approxiamate size of the work you wish to exhibit should be no more than 3’x3’ unless otherwise arranged. Artists are limited to exhibiting 4 pieces for Salon competition and/or 4 pieces for ‘exhibition only’. All artwork must be framed or professionally presented and ready to hang.

Work must be claimed or with return paid labeling for shipping.

Any unclaimed work left at the Salon will be sold at auction, proceeds to the NSS FAS fund.

Artists will be notified of acceptance by June 1st 2012. All hanging artwork must be ready to hang and framed appropriately. Please pack your artwork well with bubble-wrap. The NSS is not responsible for damage to artwork during shipping; all care will be taken to keep the artwork safe and undamaged during the exhibit. A 20% commission on all sales is to be implimented. Artists who are shipping work to Convention will be expected to provide return postage for the return shipment of their work. PLEASE ENCLOSE A SELF-ADDRESSED ENVELOPE FOR THE RETURN OF YOUR CDS.
