Individual Members
Receive the monthly caving magazine, the NSS News (example in pdf format) ; the scientific Journal of Cave and Karst Studies three times a year; the annual membership directory; and American Caving Accidents. Membership also entitles you to audiovisual and printed library privileges and NSS Bookstore discounts.

Family members have the privileges of individual membership, but do not receive publications. To qualify for the family discount, Family members must reside at the same address as a member, and they must pay dues at the same time as that member and for the same number of years.
