Enclose a International Money Order for a one-time, non-refundable entry fee of $40. (payable to “NSS FAS” ) This fee will cover framing and the return postage of your work not sold at exhibition. Artwork submitted for Auction will raise money for the Fine Arts Salon and the NSS. Please pay with an International Money Order to avoid fraud.

Approxiamate size of the work you wish to exhibit should be no more than 60cmx60cm unless otherwise arranged. Artists are limited to exhibiting a total of 4 artworks that can be entered to be judged or not if you prefer; please specify in table below.

Artists will be notified of acceptance by July 1st 2008. All hanging artwork will be framed appropriately by FAS commitee. Please pack your artwork well with bubble-wrap NO PEANUTS. The NSS is not responsible for damage to artwork during shipping; all care will be taken to keep the artwork safe and undamaged during the exhibit. A 25% commission on all sales is to be implimented.
