This committee is
responsible for external NSS environmental education activities, including
developing material and coordinating resources of the NSS for this purpose. the
committee may assist Project Underground as a national karst environmental
education program. This committee will assist the Television video Production
Committee in the development of such educational activities, workshops, and
teaching aids as may be required for film or video production projects.

Project Underground,
Inc. is a karst education program
created to help young people understand the importance of our karst
resources. A variety of hands-on and fun lessons leads the student to a
greater appreciation of the world hidden beneath our feet. These activities have
been designed to meet the needs of environmental educators.
